BANANA AND PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

Makes 1 large glass

This is my favourite weekend breakfast! it's so simple but so tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana 
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp pure smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp gluten free oats (or ordinary) 
  • 3/4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Place all the ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Pop a few more ice cubes in the glass, then enjoy!
