Makes 1 large glass
This is my favourite weekend breakfast! it's so simple but so tasty.
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp pure smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp gluten free oats (or ordinary)
- 3/4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Place all the ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Pop a few more ice cubes in the glass, then enjoy!
